Here in Colorado, we know how important an independent voice is. Too often we watch politicians like Gabe Evans and his Republican friends in Congress put themselves and party politics ahead of serving people. We can – and need– to do better.
Service has always been at the center of my life. As a Marine, I charged into tough fights, working side-by-side with people from all walks of life to defend our country. And as a business leader, I learned what it means to create opportunities for everyone. I’m running for Congress because we need new kinds of leaders – ones that are unafraid to stand up for what’s right and are focused can deliver real results.
Evan Munsing knew he wanted to serve his country from the time he could walk. He did just that as a Marine.
After college, Evan worked in the Department of Defense before attending Officer Candidate School. Eager to serve and defend our country, Evan volunteered for the infantry, knowing it would put him in danger. He deployed twice, including to Afghanistan. What he saw there was a failed strategy and a bunch of career politicians at home willing to send young men and women into harm’s way.
Now he is running to bring independent leadership back to Washington, fight corruption, and protect our way of life.
Since leaving the service, Evan has managed complex organizations with hundreds of employees, hired and coached CEOs, and invested millions into small businesses that have created jobs for hard working Americans.
Evan is no stranger to tough fights. He’ll bring that same resolve to serving the people of Colorado in Congress.

As a mentor and advocate, Evan has fought for veterans to get access to private sector opportunities and worked in organizations providing mental health resources for our veterans and first responders.
Now he is running to bring independent leadership back to Washington, fight corruption, and make life more affordable for Coloradans. For too long, politicians have put service to party bosses and special interests ahead of delivering for those they’re supposed to serve. Evan is no stranger to tough fights.
